Sorry I haven’t posted in so long guys! I’ve been so busy with school and work, so I don’t have that much time on the computer. Anyways here’s my 8 month transformation from when I was 110 to 120. Really stayed with a clean bulk and I think it’s the better method to go with! I do need to work on forearms as well..

WAHHHHH I miss being cut </3. F**k bulking, it’s okay I’ll be a bigger monster next year. ;)

Got to save up!

Need to bring my tricep game up!

Camera wasn’t working on my computer ;(. But here’s my lat spread guys! I have to work on my posing definitely. Still got a long way to go!

What do you guys do on your time off? I play League of Legends. Hahahaha Feel free to watch and share x) And yes this is me playing!

Want them big ass arms? Don’t focus on just biceps, incorporate triceps training into your routine!

3 sets of Superset: Barbell Close Grip Bench Press then go straight into Barbell Curls

3 sets of Superset: Dips then go straight into Seated Dumbbell Curls

3 sets of Superset: Reverse Curls then go straight into Dumbbell One Arm Tricep Extensions

3 sets of Superset: One Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curls then go straight into Cable Triceps Pushdown.

Rep Ranges for these exercises should be 8-12 reps. Rest periods can be 90 seconds or 2 minutes.

If you don’t know what a Superset is, it’s basically you complete the first exercise, then jump into the next one without rest.

For example, I’d do my Barbell Close Grip Bench Press for 8-12 reps, then do my Barbell Curls for another 8-12 reps without resting. After the Barbell Curls I rest for 2 minutes then start the set again.

Just found this picture of me when I was done cutting! In November of 2011, I weighted 125. I was unconfident with how I looked like so I started exercising and eating healthy. In March I was able to drop down to 110 and I was pretty damn happy with my results. I’m not that cut anymore though, I’m trying to bulk up to 140 to add size. But I just wanted to use this picture to motivate people out there saying that they can’t do it! Yes you can! Believe in yourself :)
